Me and C3PO and some sort of Queen Amidala wannabe.
One may ask what in the world the name of this blog means. Let me explain. My dad has called me "Sherwi" (the "r" is sort of silent, hard to explain how to pronounce it)my whole life. I'm not sure where it comes from. Maybe it was the way I said my own name when I was a wee tot. Nonetheless, it has stuck with me my whole life. When Lord of the Rings became popular, my brothers started calling me Sherwi Baggins due to my tall stature. I'm honored to have it as a nickname. Hobbits rock!

A Night at the Symphony!
James has been sort of appalled that I had never been to the symphony. He surprised me with tickets to the Utah Symphony. They performed the best of John Williams. It was extra awesome! Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Schindler's List...just to name a few. Did you know John Williams composed the Olympics Fanfare theme? I sure didn't! I don't get how people can be so brilliant and compose such beautiful music. It really blows my mind!
Thanks, babe, for such a fun date! The first of many symphonies hopefully!

BYU Women's Conference
A few months ago, Aunt Staci message Amy and I on Facebook asking if we would be interested in going to Women's Conference. I had never been, so it sounded fun to me! I'll take any good excuse to take a couple days off work!
My aunts, Karen, Claire, and Staci all flew in for the conference and Amy and I joined them. It was so wonderful! The conference was great, the Spirit was strong, the speakers were great, but I think the best part was spending time with all of these women who I love. It has been years since Amy and I have hung out just the two of us. I love her! And my aunts are all beautiful, strong, inspiring women who I love! I was really overwhelmed with how blessed I'm to be surrounded and supported by so many people.
Count me in for women's conference next year! And hopefully my mom and Kara can come too!

James's mom was in charge of the hat looming humanitarian service project, so Amy and I stopped by and loomed for a bit.
I believe it is safe to say this is the best eats you can get at the Marriott Center. It was a favorite of James and I during bball season. I had to teach Amy about it!
No visit to BYU is complete without some creamery ice cream!
I love this place!
Amy totally posed this singing shot. We were all ready to hear Pres. Eyring speak!
James came down on the last day so he could meet the aunts. I think he passed!

Spring, Kites, and Babies!
I think it is safe to say that spring is finally here! It has been a long time comin'! I had to go out driving for work in Heber and Mt. Timpanogos was so beautiful! Now as soon as the snow melts, I'm heading to top of that thing!
I went up Big Cottonwood Canyon one Sunday and read. It was so perfect! The mountains just do my soul good!
James and I babysat Jack and Sophs on Saturday. We had a picnic on the deck and then went to the park to fly kites. Jack picked out an Angry Birds kite and Sophie picked out Cinderlella (as she calls her). It was lots of fun!
And now babies...James's brother and sister-in-law adopted a beautiful little girl in January. I got to play with her one evening. I just want to bite those cheeks!
And I am an aunt again! What joy! Little Wyatt Bradley Cosby was born on April 25th. It is killing me that I haven't met him already! Can't wait to hold and kiss him!

I adore this picture! She sure loves James!
And I sure love this kid! He's getting so big and he's smarter than me I'm pretty sure!
