I had two bridal showers in August. Amy and Kara threw me one with my family and friends, and James' sisters and sisters-in-law threw me one for his family. They were so fun! We sort of forgot to take any pictures of the one with my family, so here are a couple we took after it was almost over.

| Yummm! |
Thank you to Amy and Kara for a swell time! I received so many generous and thoughtful gifts. I can tell this whole marriage thing is going to overwhelm me with gratitude for all the people who I love the most in my life.
While Kara was in town for the shower, we had a little family fun time at Cowabunga Bay and at James' parent's house which the kiddos just love.

| He's getting so big and strong!! |
A couple weeks later, I had the Taylor family bridal shower.
 |
| My soon-to-be sister-in-law, Noelle, made me this table for my bridal shower gift. I am in love with it! |
 |
| I sure love all these amazing women! I'm so honored to be a Taylor soon! |
 |
| Melanie made this very cute decoration. It's hard to read here, but the boy is made of a Phoenix map and the girl is a Bakersfield map. Then the heart is Draper, where James and I will live once we are wed! |
Wendy and her kids came into town for the bridal shower. How amazing is that?! All the way from Portland! The week before the shower, Byde finished his last session of chemo, so we had a party for him.

| The kids beat down "Cancer" the pinata bull! |
It was another great weekend full of family time! Thank you to Amy, Kara, Sondra, Melanie, Jenny, Liz, Noelle, Wendy, and all my dear friends and family who came to my showers! I am truly the luckiest and most blessed girl in the world!
